1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service or product offered by Taxorva at taxorva.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from any further use.

2. Services Overview

Taxorva provides support and guidance in relation to tax audits and compliance matters.

3. Eligibility and Use

Services are available to lawful entities and individuals who provide accurate information. You agree to comply with all applicable regulations in the jurisdiction of Singapore.

4. Digital Products

Includes electronic guides, tutorials, and similar materials. Upon purchase, access is granted immediately.

5. Physical Materials

Covers printed guides, manuals, and related items shipped to the address provided at checkout.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are due upon order placement. Accepted methods include major credit cards and bank transfers. Additional charges may apply for urgent services or special requests.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Clients may request a refund up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. Approved requests will be issued as a credit to the original payment method within 14 days. After this cutoff, services may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Completed sessions are not eligible for a refund or credit.

7.2 Digital Products

Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any content is accessed or downloaded. Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7 days to the original payment source. Deferral of access is not available for digital products.

7.3 Physical Materials

Customers may ship back unused materials in their original packaging for a refund request made within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Replacement items may be arranged upon request.

7.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain expedited audit support services require allocation of dedicated resources and are explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. In these cases, no reimbursement will be issued once payment is processed. Clients may transfer their booking to another party with prior written notice.

8. Modifications to Services and Terms

Taxorva reserves the right to change service offerings, features, and these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on taxorva.com with the date of revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taxorva and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use services or products. Total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the relevant service or product.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore.
